In Panzer Corps 2 you can customize the appearance of your units, and with the General Edition you have access to special skins which aren’t accessible in the base game. New Camo skins: New 75 exclusive skins are available for your vehicles.Face new, original situations and adapt your tactics to overcome your opponents. New Bonus scenarios: 4 brand new scenarios in which you can test your mettle against the AI.Buying the first two DLCs through the Field Marshal Edition is a great way to save on future content, as you’ll be acquiring both DLCs at a significant discount compared to retail price. First two DLCs: The Field Marshal Edition includes the first two DLCs for Panzer Corps 2.I doubt that any other game out there can match that. Trust me.Īnd the re-play value of hex games is huge. 70 bucks is steep for you, but for those people putting the highest value on this game aka super-fans who preorder it, this wont matter. Yeah, but that is always a problem when buying games. You can then choose ANY of the DLCs, or none at all if you find the game isn’t to your liking. #PANZER CORPS 2 FIELD MARSHAL EDITION HOW TO#You get the “Boot Camp” campaign for free, to try out everything and learn how to play. Similar to the way OoB did it, on Steam at least. People can decide from there if they want the game or not. It’d be better to me if they sold the game with one campaign, that’ll give you a taste of the game, but costs less. You can see and play the first scenario of each DLC for free. How do we know the quality of these DLCs? How do we know we want those DLCs? That is something I like about OoB. I could buy 2 to 5 other games that would provide the same entertainment for a fraction of the price. īut the issue is, a lot of people won’t pay $70 for that game. #PANZER CORPS 2 FIELD MARSHAL EDITION PATCH#So they are basically charging someone that trusts them $70.00 to trouble shoot completely the game and take the time to talk about it in the forums to then have to patch the game continuously which finally results in a polished product that some noobie can get their hands on for a much lower price when it goes on sale.īack to Steam < - There are some steam games that are "Early Access" which cost LESS than the official release which is offered for the ones that buy it a chance to own it for a cheaper price because they ALSO wade through the game commenting on it and going through the patches. The only beef I have with the price of $70.00 is the simple concept of when does a game EVER !!!! come out that at least during the first year and usually after that it has to be tweaked with a lot of fixes and bugs that are found. Course I can do the same thing with OOB woo hoo. I can sit there wherever I'm at and play Panzer Corps Gold NOT having to rely on steam. I am glad to own Panzer Corps Gold which took all of these to the next level AND if the internet goes down - Armageddon, Financial Crisis, Evacuate to a different country etc. I bought Panzer Corps Gold the one now that has EVERYTHING bought it yesterday having played Panzer General when it first came out then Panzer General 2 then PG 3 D etc. #PANZER CORPS 2 FIELD MARSHAL EDITION OFFLINE#but I hate the way steam runs in the background and you have to go offline to play it offline then you haven't played it in awhile so ya connect to steam then steam makes you re verify your email blah blah blah. #PANZER CORPS 2 FIELD MARSHAL EDITION INSTALL#I hate STEAM games as far as if I can choose between owning a game through steam or owning it by NOT requiring an internet connection to re install it etc. Uh, worth the $5.00 so that you actually know what you will be getting for your $70.00 they should then discount the $70.00 by $5.00. For this price they should offer a DEMO even if they charge $5.00 just to play it which to me would be fine assuming it is an all inclusive demo.
